Hi, The lower fan of the F4 has 4 bolt holes , this this the upper fan you are showing.

 

I'll confirm which it is...it is small, like the lower. I'll look at my F4 and correct the post if in error. Thanks.

 

Just to help, here is a picture of the rear of a radiator set from a first generation F4.

As you can see Ed has essentially three items for sale here.
The Muzzy fan
The metal frame
The fan motor

The Muzzy fan is compatible with the three bolt (upper fan) so that is kind of a pair of items. That Muzzy fan is not compatible with the lower fan motor - well, it would bolt to it but it is too small to offer efficiency.
The upper fan motor is mechanically identical to the lower fan. This will however require lengthening the wiring from the fan so it can be plugged into the main wiring loom.

So, the frame / fan motor and Muzzy fan that Ed has for sale could better be described as a first generation F4 upper radiator fan set with a Muzzy aluminium fan.
If you require a lower fan motor, this fan motor could be adapted (lengthened wiring) and used as such.
