Explanation for orange warning light?

My 2014 F4 has an orange yellow light that stays on after starting. As soon as you roll off it goes out. It is labeled ABS in super small letters. I believe it`s a self test light for the ABS.
This is in the owners manual but not the workshop manual.

ABS warning light (orange) *
Lights up when the ABS system
has a fault or is deactivated, or if
the speed is lower than 5 km/h.
