Enduro Veloce Seat Height Adjustment

I am mechanically inept and I don't trust myself to do the simplest task without following idiot-proof instructions. So, are there any instructions anywhere for changing the seat height because it is not mentioned in the owner's manual? The bike was set-up on the low level when I bought it and I would like to try it on the standard/higher level.
Many thanks

Many thanks and now for a couple of stupid questions :-
1.) Do you simply loosen/remove the central nut and rotate the spacer unit 180 degrees ?
2.) In the 2nd photo, the position arrow points to a Low spacer in the upper image but a High spacer in the lower image. Should these not be the same ?

My seat currently has the gap that you show. Assuming that I return it to the High position, then presumably this gap will disappear ?
Thanks once again.

Thank you once again. I tried to follow your instructions but, with the rear 2 spacer units on the high setting, it was not possible to locate and secure the 2 fixing pins.I have, therefore, left these onthe low setting but adjusted the 2 front spacer units (& the retaining bracket) to the high setting. This appears to work but doesn't 'feel' right.
See photos.
Apologies for being a pain.........!

Thanks. The front metal bracket is definitely in the correct H position but I will have a look to see whether the rear metal bracket can/should also be flipped. It seems odd that this type of obvious adjustment is not mentioned in the 200 page owner's manual - classic MV logic...........

You're correct : I should direct my irritation and frustration towards KTM/Pierer Mobility. I also share your dislike of the keyless ignition, the random nature of the fuel cap closure and the ridiculously flappy horn button. Thank goodness the bike is great to ride..........
The good news is that I have finally adjusted the seat height - the metal bracket containing the 2 fixing pins also needs to be flipped so now everything lines up. Hopefully it will stop raining for long enough over the weekend for me to give it a try ?
Thanks again for your help.
