Hi guys, my radiator has leaked n welded twice, once up the top n 2nd down the bottom, n I guess they wont be able to re welded the same spot again n I'm not sure why this keep happening (I've used radiator bracket rod from one of forum member).
So I guess I'll try to get another radiator. Cheers. Kevin

hi Kevin..I have a used rear wheel socket you can have for free.
just reconfirm your address in a pm.

Pretty unusual for the rads to leak at the bottom. Has the rad been twisted in some way ?

Rad weld repair

Have used a 3M product to repair my top rad .first rad was a warranty swap then the new one went so thought to do a temporary repair but has been a good two years now no issue
Don't be so quick to discount a cold weld/ glue a lot of alloy is bonded in the marine industry
