Guys,

With the demise of Signature Moto in Silverstone and Leicester MV. Where's the best place to book my F3 800 RC in for it's first service?

Nearest is probably MV Agusta West Midlands (site isn't up yet), this is the same outfit as Ducati Wolverhampton. My 996 riding mate avoids them is all I'm saying. There is a decreasing number of MV dealers in the UK which is both sad and bit worrying. Since my local (Ed Cosker) went under last year I've been using Motocorsa down near Shaftesbury, pleased with their service so far and they seem to be one of the more long-standing and stable MV dealers. They were recommended by others on here and elsewhere. A bit of a journey each visit, I just make a day of it.

The MV dealer locator is here.

It was Forza Italia at Silverstone, not Signature Moto who are based in Norwich.

Where are you based? I live in Hertfordshire and up to now have always used Forza Italia, who were top class and it is very sad that they are no longer in business

Called in at Krazy Horse Bury St Edmunds last week, impressed by the service managers attitude "George".

Hopefully they will live up to the first impression

Bruce,

Sorry. I did mean Forza Italia. Not Signature Moto.

Checking on the MV site 'find a dealer' section, it doesn't look like I have a convenient local option any more which is a pain.

I'm based in Market Harborough (South Leics.)

Krazy Horse is approximately 80 miles away and MV West Midlands 65.

I travelled up from Hertfordshire to Forza Italia for over four years and that was about 65 miles, the trip to Krazy Horse will be 75.

But then I have three or four options, select a sunny day and enjoy the ride.

If it is not warranty work, can recommend Iain at RPM Motors Northampton, he was the technician at Forza Italia for a number of years before setting up his own business.

Check out his website www.rpmbikes.co.uk or Facebook Page
