Right bike, right color, a little pricey at the reserve of $7000, I think. Five or six thousand is a little closer in my opinion.

How many of this year were made? 300?
The VIN indicates that this is number 361.
My bet is that it is the 361st of 2002.
Other than that is the F4S not a limited production model.

These are nice bikes. Randy is right in the $6k figure. I just bought an EVO 3 for $5800.00 with some minor flaws.

My max bid for this bike is in the 5000s range, so we'll see. Where did you get the EVO 3 at?

I know it's not a limited production version, but MV didn't have the capacity to make thousands of bikes, did they? I was looking at production numbers on Duc 996s in, for example, 1999, and they are a lot lower than I would have imagined.

1999 US Importation:
996SPS__MP__Red____056
996S__MP__Red____201
996__MP__Red____125
996__MP__Yellow____075
996__BP__Red____468
996__BP__Yellow____200
748__MP__Red____100
748__MP__Yellow____190
748__BP__Red____100

I actually thing the early F4 750S will become a collectible as it is the bike that brought MV back.

Ya... In 30 years some chappy on the 2044 version of the Velocity Channel will find one in a storage container that hadn't been opened in two decades and go completely nuts.

"Oh my GOD! This is a 2002 MV Agusta F4! It's in fair condition, the mice have eaten all the rubber on the bike, but Oh My GOD!"

Agreed with Randy's comment. Would be nice to have as the little brother to the beast.

They actually went to the Silver Stars in 2003 on the EVO 3 750S.

Paid 6 for mine with considerably fewer miles. Although dont know the market in NY.

If youre going to spend any money on the wheels either get the mag stars or other upgrades like I did. The secondhand market isnt that bad (still looking for the gold mag stars).

Dana 7000 quids is higher than a giraffes p--- for bargain hunters.
I think a 2002 F4 is easily worth 7000 dollars.
It is an awesome machine and 1000000 dollars of fun to ride it.
Negotiate a few bucks down from asking and it is a great bike.
No one of us is been remotely able to produce anything like it for such a bargain.
