I have a 1078 engine which was re-built. It had to be driven smoothly for some hundred mls before it can be used on the race track, so I did put it into the Tamburini to drive on the road. With a special Eprom it worked great with the 1000S periphery, harness, ECU etc.

Stuck a Microtec in the B4 1078RR and got a nice MV relic in the mail today. It'll look nice on the wall when I have a garage one day. Thanks to my good friend Andrew for tipping me off.

Got leds and soldered them this morning. Now waiting for number plate light to arrive and can put everything back

just one thing - want to hear all your thoughts. I cannot decide on following: should I seal everything, even existing drain hole in glass, or, drill another hole in black plastic as some others have done here? I’m more inclined on full seal myself 🤔

Have replaced the screws and washers of the camshaft sprockets, because they can probably be a weak point and should be replaced immediately, with the correct loctite and torque
