A friend has recently acquired a 'replica' race bike. It is thought the donor bike is a raid and am trying to verify this. Has anyone any idea what the bike is?

Hi Russ.

So this little thing has re-appeared!

No the original description was wrong and the original seller had no idea what it was based on.

It started life as a 175 CSTL (small head OHC Touring version). Theres not much left that is originaland and i assume some work has been done to make it perform, at least a little, as i now looks!

There is a 'sister bike' that i think was made at the same time that did poss use a Raid motor btw.
