It all starts with what is your Goal? Do you want to lower the weight and improved handling? Increase the power or sound? Or just make our incredible MV's look better? I have went for all three:f4:

My top ten mods for the MV F4 312R or similar for the street would be:

Microtec ECU
BMC or similar air filter
Catalytic converter removal
Open exhaust
Febur superbike radiator
Ohlins forks / rear shock
520 chain conversion
Brembo monoblocks & narrow band discs
More carbon than a bucket of badly burnt toast
All the magnesium you can locate

Good points.
And what the hell is he or she riding?

Dave.. What the hell are you doing up at 3:54am ?.. Your not working hard enough during the day to tire yourself out mate.. :)

Never heard of Ray Columbus, but the Buddy Holly lookalike playing the guitar in the left hand corner looks like he's having a fit and the lead singer has very bouncy hair..

I may be able to scrape together for an Oberon Clutch slave...

This is an excellent thread as it gives me a comprehensive " Wish List"...

If it is a Brutale the first mod is to sell and buy a F4 or F3.

1. Improve quality of rear shock
2. Set up front forks to suit your riding style
3. Try to reduce the weight of your MV model within your budget
4. Upgrade to radial brakes if you've got a pre-radial model.
5. Full service, overall thorough maintenance check ( metal fuel connectors, wellnut replacements, check rear hub serviceability) and set up the motor on a dyno with a custom map.

Do these 5 mods first and then come back, and we'll give you some more to get on with.

Good luck with the mods and you might need deep pockets..
