Wow

Hi Mate
That is a lot of cooling you got going there. I would have lost the bottom of that radiator and just fitted the oil cooler in it's place. The GSX-R oil cooler would work great :naughty:.
If you call your bike a 850, is that a piss hot 750 ? But I see 1078 on the tank and everywhere else ? Dunlop N-Teck tyres ?
But the ECU looks 750 ?

Very cool. Old style ecu, old style header clamps, new forks and calipers.

I think we need more information.

Hi,

Did you use a 910 crank?

How do you get more 3mm of stroke? A new cylinder gasket?

Great project! :yo:

Cheers

On post 5 a.flegra says new crankshaft... If you imagine the piston in the center of the travel, you need to gain 3mm on the top and 3mm on the bottom of the stoke so my question.

cant see why it cant be done. It increases the linear speed of the piston, but for a road engine, should be fine.

If a.flegra could say more things on how the engine was made that would be great.:yo:

a.flegra does that brake/clutch fluid reservoir really works fine?
I have been wanting to get on for some time but never pulled the trigger because i was not sure how if really works in real life...
Who makes it? (i have a link for the site but don't seem to find it now)
And also do you know if it works fine with the Brembo RCS brake and clutch pumps?

Hi,

i have a new project rebuild my wsbk with magnesium and carbon parts back to the road with 1078cc but this later.:drummer:

i demounted this mv with a red frame and sold the most parts.

The fluid reservoir really works fine but it is not cheap!

The German Superbike IDM Driver Teuchert are drive this 2001 on MV!

Hi,
i have this informations Donsyfor you!

No race is simple ..... the 750 is 43.8mm

the displacement is: the surface x race x No cylinders

73.8mm x 43.8 = 4277.62 sq mm x 4 cyl = 749.43 cc = 749439.7 mmc

76mm is the same calculation with a displacement of 794.8 cc (795cc)

and the 79mm is 858.8 cc (860cc)

Instead go to 81mm with a 902.8 cc (903cc)

all 750 43.8mm stroke can run up to 16500rpm rotation because that is the average piston speed of 24.1 m / s
admitted that the distribution is in fact the SPR runs behind ....( above)

yup

The reservoir just takes the two lines straight from the RCS at two entry points. It really is just a bigger fluid container, I took mine of because it takes up too much room and fluid.:)

For road use I think it's pretty good though, but I still think it's a pretty good idea, just could not make it fit under my race fairing and all the other plumbing.

is there really enough wall thickness to go 81mm bore on a 750 motor?
