That's in my town lol, I had the same when I argued my case for not paying my council tax. Magistrate did not know the law regarding merchant seamen and had to throw it out after an hour of me arguing my case with the evidence produced. Best day ever
This is over four years old. After a complete pantomime of having the defendant in the court but refusing to identify himself, but sitting quietly in the corner whilst some buffoon demands that the Magistrate takes an oath (what?), he then has liability awarded against him anyway - a complete twonk.
Anyone who has spent a good deal of time in court has met idiots like this, they are reasonably common - except in their own minds, where they imagine that it's never been tried before.
The person filming commits a straightforward Contempt of Court and would have been arrested if spotted.
