I don’t own a TV but as a rule manufacturers of left hand threaded nuts will machine small notches into the circumference of the nut to indicate that it is a leftie.

They can be subtle but can be seen in the pic below which shows a nut from an F4 (wheel side).

All of the WHEEL NUT sides are reverse threaded (LH thread). All of the SPROCKET NUT sides are normal thread (RH thread) on modern MVs.

The wheel nut (right side of the bike) side on the TVL is reverse threaded.

From the maintenance manual:

The polygonal fixing nut of the rear wheel has a left hand thread. To effectuate the removal it is therefore necessary to turn the torque wrench in a clockwise direction as shown in the figure.
