Got a great deal and now they will not deliver. I watch Ebay all the time watch for wrong titles. Here is what I won on Tuesday, after several email. I phone the seller and he will not sell since he forgot to put on a reserve price.

For those which don't want to click on the link. I won a Moto Corse ti slipons for $1750. They are mint with only 50 miles. The thing is he is a Doctor and owns 2 Ferraris. So as the title says this sucks!

Contact ebay; He may not like it, but the auction is a legally binding contract, he has to sell them to you.

Fak him.
Write to ebay about it. You won the auction. If he was a honest guy he would have to sell it to you.

Forgot to make a reserve...... that's bs :jerkoff:

You've got a tight case, it's not as if you got them for 25c. Thats the risk he took when he went to auction.

I have contacted Ebay just waiting for a reply. Not sure if there is much they could do. All he has to do is open a new account. I hate to assume he has money but someone with 2 Ferraris. $2000 to them is a huge difference than $2000 to me. Bikes are my passion. This is where I spend my money. I am a tight wade on everything but my bikes. Wanted to have them in time for the ride at Deals Gap.

Andy,

I looked at his feedback—there was none! Zero! It looks like thats the only thing he's ever listed. You ought to leave a whole page of neg feedback, you've already got a good start. And yea rag on eBay for sure.

ebay are useless!!! if you get a reply ill be very suprised, i once bought a carbon v peice for the mv it was advertised has in like new condition, i won it and when it was delivered it was a peice of crap. he had already left me positive feedback, but i was mad and left negative feedback. he then changed my positve feedback to negative(didnt know you could alter feedback once given) thus ruining my 100% record . i complained to ebay and opened a dispute , in the mean time he sent abusive emails etc which i kept and forwarded on to ebay etc . all i wanted was my feedback to be restored to 100% . guess what? i never heard a thing back from ebay despite all the evidence i sent them , so i hope for your sake you get some results but dont hold your breath, ebay are crap!!!

Yes I have turned it over to ebay, but I doubt anything will ever come of it. I can leave negative feedback but he can open a new email account and start all over. He has no feedbacks so nothing to lose. I keep watching and if I see him post it agian I will let ebay know . There is another one on ebay right know, new with headers. It will go for more than I am willing to spend. Maybe someone on here will get it.

Try getting THAT enforced..........your legal bills will be more than the cost of the exhaust.......it does suck though!

You legally have the rights of those exhausts. The same happened to a man who bought a M3 and then the seller said that he had forgotten to put a reserve on it. Due to the media attention and the offical rules of Ebay the seller had to give the car and the man won.
Hopefully your case will have the same outcome.

What a wanker, but as you say Andrew, negative feedback doesn't help in this case.

Hoping for a good outcome for you.
