Switching from an MV B3 800 E4 to a Superveloce E5?

Hey guys,

i need your advice. I have the opportunity to trade in my Brutale 800 MY 2020 10k miles in sky blue and get an Superveloce Euro 5 in red/black with 600 miles.
The price is quit good.
Would you buy the Superveloce? I love the design and i mostly drive my bike for 2-3 hours around on country roads... just for fun.
I rode an SV once, it was nice, but not long enough to get used to it... after all it is a race bike...

Thanks :)

Having owned six MV's over the last 10 years, three F3's, two Dragsters and now the 2021 Superveloce, the Superveloce is the most comfortable and reliable bike of them all, it is superb.

Being retired (getting close to 82), my rides are similar to yours, 100/150 country road trips.

Would strongly recommend that you have the suspension set up to your height and weight, you will be surprised the improvements it makes to the ride.
I have also lowered the suspension so that it is more comfortable when stationary

Just go for it👌

Superveloce is one of the most beautiful and timeless designs IMO. Nothing wrong with Brutales but SV is on a whole another artistic level. Stand out design. Definitely next on my bucket list.

The SV is about retro style. If you are hesitant then I would pass.

That is really good advice, if it doesn’t float your boat immediately it’s unlikely to grow on you later.

It seems there's more focus on the engine and the year and the less miles than it does the styling of the bike.
I love the styling of the Superveloce. I wrote it in the first post already.
It would be more a styling decision, than performance.

In the end i passed on the deal. I will buy a Superveloce later this year as a second bike.
For now the Brutale suits my skills and riding-style better :)
