Hi
Since being almost raped $450 for am oil change I decided to take matters into my own hands and did the service myself. I just need a little help since the dealer refuses to reset my service reminder would any of you guys know how to do it on a brutale 920.

It's in the owner's handbook. Same procedure as reset tripmeter, but start from the service menu, which is accessed by pressing the top button a few times.

could you give me a step by step if possible :))

Done with the ignition on, bike in neutral, sidestand up...
Press top button a few times until service menu comes up
Press and hold top button for 5 seconds - dash shows 'reset kms'
Press and hold bottom button for 5 seconds - dash number flashes
Press bottom button - dash number resets to 6000
Press and hold top button for 5 seconds - dash goes back to main display

i'm sure you won't be going there again:naughty:

isn't this info on the flash drive you get with the bike?

ill tell you something they are located 100meters from where I live but since that fiasco i go for a ride
145k to get filters and stuff ill never let anyone tuch it again ill service it myself. As far as their shop goes owner is a great guy but the srvice staff are shit and i just dont trust them to do a proper job any more, Which makes me wonder what the did last service ????

Pleased it worked. Just be careful to cover your bases as far as warranty is concerned.
