If you have a Sena unit with a bent pin you should send it in before the two year warranty is up. My mistake was waiting until the unit started to malfunction which was just about at the end of the 2 year period. Now Sena is telling me that that despite the design flaw in the unit that causes the pins to bend and eventually break which has resulted in numerous warranty replacements they will not replace anything past the 24 month period. They don't offer a repair service so it's now basically worthless.

It's really a shame because prior to the bent pin the product worked great and I enthusiastically recommended it to friends. Now I have to decide if I want to spend more money with Sena - I have about $80 invested in headsets on two helmets - or try one of the other vendors.

Again - if you have a bent pin - send it back for a warranty claim ASAP.
