I'm reviewing my 2008 Brutale 910 Samco 12 pc kit and associated clamps purchased from Design Corse. I pulled the coolant diagram and visually inspected my B4 for placement of the range of hoses. This of course lead to confusion as it seems I have 4 extra pieces and one elbow (Star Twin #64) which seems a tad longer than stock. --See attached image with dashed line overlay. Before I drain my coolant and start to disassemble please offer your experience with this hose upgrade. Thanks!

Star Twin parts diagram of 7 Brutale hoses:
#72 Hose
#64 Pipe
#62 Water Radiator
#60 Oil Radiator
#57 Radiator
#53 Radiator
#51 Coolant Fluid Tank
Not Shown in the Star Twin diagram is a smaller hose with two bends however I found the corresponding hose on my bike. Its the second blue hose top center image with two slight bends.

Update: ––Thanks Aley of Design Corse for the help!

Aley informed me the Samco Sport kit comes with a range of hoses for all first generation Brutales 750 / 910 / 989 / 1078RR. For my 910 four of the 12 hoses are not needed as noted in my previous post (see pic with the black hoses). After my initial research I suspected they were extras but its nice to have confirmation before the swapping process starts. That said, trimming the elbow down to match the original version is most likely.

how long did you have to wait for the kit it took 3 months for mine to arrive
if you order red or blue they are in stock i went for gray witch they make to order so if you want any color other than red or blue
its made to order so expect a wait.

Maybe 10 days or less from Design Corse. I got the in stock black version. Water pump order just placed and should arrive in 10 and then install Samco hoses, Engine Ice, fuel fittings/hoses (special thanks to @silentservice703 )

@mv raptor Do you ride in the rain often? or wet roads?
What have you learned about replacing degraded radiator fins. I didn't think that was possible.
While changing hoses and water pump I'll certainly check my radiator and screen. It might be time to hit it with an epoxy spray paint.

New install looks great.

had this bike since aug 2016 bought it with 4000 miles on think its been stored in a damp lock up in uk they put rock salt on the roads
do not ride in winter bike gets taken off road oct brought back in march so traces of salt still on road it leaves a white powder very fine it destroys alloy parts
that rad is 11 years old so been on bike from new luckily i had bought a spare rad was not leaking i think . i keep it locked up in my garden covered up with a spraying of ACF50
it just had is yearly MOT check and past no problems with 9500 miles . its now may and i still see traces of salt on the road after it has been raining.
