RG3 Vs AGO Corsa Exhaust?

Will an AGO Corsa exhaust & EPROM work with a F4 750?

I only ask because on the Special Parts website it only list one EPROM for both the RG3 and the Titanium addition?

This is what it says on the website:
"Performance Exhaust Kits include SP EPROM Chip (*)"

They don't list another EPROM for sale.

Does the one EPROM work for both the 750 and 1000?

Any help would be appreciated.

As what Al has said, same chip, different map...the eprom map for the RG3's and the Titanium exhaust is the same. Erasable programmable read only memory (eprom) ie can write any map on the chip.

Would really not advise the 1000 version on a 750, it run like a Duc.. sorry..won't run well :)

That makes sense.

Thanks everyone for your input.

Old Special Parts part numbers I have for an RG3 eprom are:

750 SPP0A03003
SPR/SR SPP0B03003

The newest method requires your VIN and then eprom specified depending on bike config, these are the current Corse numbers:

F4 750 VIN 1-4145 ('00 and '01) with spr headers for RG3 or F1: F4BBRG4
--This also requires the heat exchanger screw and plaque seen here:
http://mvfaq.blogspot.com/2005/11/heat-exchanger-modification-for-4-2-1.html

F4 750 vin 1-4145 ('00 and '01) standard headers for RG3 or F1: A004RG3
-no heat exchanger mod needed since stock headers clear

F4 750 vins 4146 to 4611 standard headers for RG3 or F1: DNYRG3

F4 750 vins 4146-4611 and 4612 on with SPR headers for RG3 or F1: DNXRG3

F4 750 SPR/SR with SPR headers for RG3 or F1: SPRRG3

F41000 S/AGO/Mamba without catalyst for RG3 or F1: F5S23RGD

Some pretty obscure information but will hopefully help your dealer locate the correct Corse part for you.

geo, your correct of course, there are RG3's in the Ago crate, the original post was 'RG3's Vs Ago Corse pipes', I guess my point was that there are no real 'Ago performance pipes' just the RG3's that they come with.

See JamesC's post...F41000 S/AGO/Mamba without catalyst for RG3 or F1: F5S23RGD...so use the same eprom as well

Well, just to clarify things, I should point out that there is in fact an "AGO Corsa" RG3.

Part number: 8AA0A1258

The only real difference being the anodized finish.
