I have a 2015 Brutale RR with a BAZZAZ fuel control professionally installed (by the previous owner as I have all the paperwork). The bike starts easily with a cold engine. BUT upon "restart with a warm engine" starting is difficult. What could be the problem?

Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Not enough start-up fuel for the warm engine map. Try just barely cracking the throttle open. This advances the TPS and will provide a bit more fuel.
There is also a programmed starting parameter pre-spray that occurs when you turn the key on and the pump primes. Just a millisecond to put a little fuel in the manifolds. Spray time varies for engine temps. Try turning the key on, then off, then on again before hitting starter button.
I have to do that sometimes for cold start on my F4

Last evening, after the engine was warmed-up, I headed to the nearby gas station to top off the tank. Upon restart, I tried just cracking the throttle a very small small amount as you suggested. The motor did start, but only on 2 cylinders. I then turned off the engine and started it again, and it fired on all 3 cylinders.

I then took a 10 mile ride, returned home, and shut off the engine to open the garage door. The engine, again, would not start. I pushed the bike into the garage. Once inside, I tried starting again by hitting the starter button immediately after turning on the key. It started on all three cylinders. A fluke? I don't know. It seems the manifold either gets too much fuel or too little depending on what I do on a warm engine. :/

Any thoughts?
