Hi,

When im driving in the city with my MV Agusta F4 312, the water temperature up to 115ºC when i stop in some semaphore.

Its normal ?

Yes, it is normal for the 312. They tend to run hot. There may be a thread about this somewhere...

There's another couple of discussions beyond just the water pump one. I won't rehash that here, but suffice it to say, it has been talked about quite a bit. Once your bike is broken in, it'll improve a *little*. The rest is still being debated.

This is probably by far the most talked about discussion on the forum. Do a quick thread search for "Heat" and or Overheating" and your sure to find more than a few opinions, discussions, complaints and possible solutions on the subject.

Try this.

When you are stationary, idle the bike at around 2500 - 2800 rpm.
Tell me if this helps the coolant circulate - it does on my 750.
