Cutting the headers off the one piece Euro2 system will not work to install non-cat mid-pipe. Diameters and lengths are all wrong. Would need welding fabrication to adapt. He needs headers and mid-pipe.

I have a set of Titanium Arrow twin racing silencers if you are interested....but no headers/mid-pipe.

Yes must welding and adpat He could make an decat too alone (from some good welding man)
I have new titanium full line new too, but it's very expensive. I don't think will pay that money

In my opinion, basically similar to other's, either you modify the original headers and remove the catalytic converter, which is quite a big effort, or you find the downpipes e.g. from the 1000S (NOT 750S ! ) plus the de-cat tube and any "silencers" you wish to have (Bodis, RG3, F1 Corse Titanium). Easiest and cheapest solution.
