Ok, so I've had my submission in the registry for awhile now. Who approves these things? Can't seem to get ahold of anyone.

Photos in my album though. :)

Ok, I was just wondering what the deal was. :)

So my other bike is a BMW K1200RS and I had a tough time deciding what bike I wanted to buy next. It was either a new duc (sold out here), a Harley road king or the zx14. So I went into Bellevue to price out the zx14 and I heard them say they were going to start carrying the MV Agusta line (not a clue what the bike was)... the pics were cool but didn't know anything about them.

A month later I come in and see the zx14 and the MV's sitting there. The sales guy points them out to me, tells me the price and again, it's nice but "how nice" were they for the price....

So long story short, I go home and researched the crap out the MV (which blew me away) and then I got the "got to have it" feeling. I hopped in my car, drove over and bought the R312 and picked it up the next day.

When I got on the bike my first impressions were.."WTF did I just buy". lol.... Then after about 15 minutes on the bike I said, "well, I already have a BMW so if I want comfort so I guess that's why I got this (for something different). The next day I go riding with a buddy and we get into the twisties...

NOW IT ALL MAKES SENSE! Riding position, comfort... blah, blah blah... the moment you hit the twisties and get into the straight away... The bike is unbelievable.

I was worried about the "break in period"... LOL.... I think in 6th I'm lugging the bike to keep under the speed limit.

So I just got the price on the full Ti exhaust (they are still making it apparently)... it's about $6400... (that's the same price as the full Euro exhaust for my 01 BMW M3)... I can't decide...

Oh, speed is such an expensive hobby....

Congrats on the bike, and having only just started your journey with this bike let me spoil it a little for you....the more you ride it the better it gets and the more you will enjoy it.

I just tipped the 600 mile mark. :) Time for the oil change and quick adjustment. I went riding with about 30+ guys tonight, very interesting to see all those bikes riding together.

Now I can't decide if I'm going to spring for the titanium exhaust or not. It's about $6500 (ouch).... I guess they've stopped making them for the CC to catch up on the '08 R312. Does anyone have one of these yet?

Just wondering...
