Hi All,

I am scheduled to test ride a 2013 F3 675 this Saturday and have been reading through the forums as much as I can (not much free time between work and graduate school). As I prepare to go to the dealership to take a look at the bike I wanted to reach out to the community and get your thoughts on what I should look out for/ask when I am talking to the salesman. Here are some details on the bike:
-2013
-F3 675 EAS
-7,000 miles
-2 previous owners
-Lifetime powertrain warranty by dealer
-Los Angeles, CA

I have a MV Agusta dealership close to where I live so I am not worried about being able to get someone dependable to do all the major work.

So far I have the following questions I plan to ask related to the mechanical operation of the bike:
-Does it have the latest engine mapping software updates?
-Does it have the original or replaced sprag clutch?
-Does it have the original or replaced gear position sensor?
-Does it have an aftermarket slipper clutch?
-Does it have the original or replaced fuel tank?
-Does it have the original or replaced battery?
-Does it have the original or replaced horn wire?
-Does it have maintenance records?
-Has it ever been dropped or crashed?

Are these good questions to ask?

Is there anything else I should ask? Either general motorcycle buying questions or MV Agusta specific questions.

Thanks in advance for the help. And hopefully it is a good deal and I can come home with my first MV Agusta this weekend.

Your "salesman" probably will answer those questions to his own favor, because he might be unable to answer those questions.

Those engines are known for possible Head - failures, so if you consider buying the bike make sure you have this warranty written on paper.
