Hello all.

I just bought brutale 750, 2006. After running 40..50km two cylinders (1 and 4) stopped working. I checked the fuel injection and electricity. Both worked. (Fuel comes to the cylinder and spark plug gives a spark when removed from the cylinder and tested on the side of cylinder and running the motor)
When running the motor with two cylinders (All ignition coils installed) those two ignition coil (1 and 4) gets very hot, but cylinders 2 and 3(which ones work) are cool.

Am I right if i think the problem are ignition coils? And is it just coincidence that both ignition coils broke at the same time.

its unlikely they both failed at once. the ecu output is only 2 ignition channels and runs wasted spark, its probably a signal issue more than a coil issue. One way to figure it out would be to swap 1-4 with 2-3 and see if those cylinders die or the issue persists in the same way.

Hi.
I swap 1-4 and 2-3 ignition coils and the problem solved. The failure are in coils. Just ordered new.
Thanks.. :)
