First thought is swap the tips of my, err, your stockers. Not sure if they'd fit, but worth a try.

Next, to get the shape turn up on a wood lathe a piece to jamb inside the tips the push them back into shape.

Finally the scratches, grind out with an orbital sander and then polish or blast (see Velocemoto posts) or have anodised a colour you like given they are already buggered as is. Is one of them spilt? Might need a touch of TIG. I wouldn't bog them with any epoxy myself.

Else, buy new tips, or put the stocker back on and send me the RG3 shit :stickpoke

Not sure if you like this idea, but you could have a shop fill the scratches and powder coat over them for the final finish. Powder coating will stand the heat... :conveyer:

looks like those tips are anodized to me. anodising can take the heat of an exhaust system application.

if you want to get it back to "stock" i'd say take them off, polish the scratches out, and get them hard anodized back to the oem color.
