2007 Moto Guzzi Griso 4v.

Test rode it and it didn't excite like the MV but I can also tell that I could do 400+ miles without needing carpal tunnel surgery and still be able to have children. Probably the only customization I will be doing are new bars and lower pegs, otherwise this becomes the workhorse and frees up the MV for being the toy that it is.

If it has the stock exhaust, you WILL replace it. OK? :stickpoke

It had already been replaced with a CF Mistral exhaust. I concur on that stocker though. I will, down the line, consider one of the under-body muffler kits. They spent a lot of time engineering the swing arm, gotta show it off.

Mistral - nice. And for the record, Randy is soooooooooo wrong about the Griso. It has a terrific and unique Italian design. :smoking:

Of course, he's a Brutie rider who also likes the looks of the new Honda 1100, so I'm not too surprised. :stickpoke

Looks wise I would prefer the Brutale but the Griso was considerably more comfortable, the low-end feels more useful for city riding, transmission is smoother, the seat is superior, and I got it for a great price. I wasnt going to a full-on cruiser, just cant make myself do it. So like Carl said, its the "halfway between" bike that fits the bill for me, more comfortable than a sportbike, more interesting than a cruiser, I dont have the room for both.

I love the OD green model with the wires, especially with the underbody muffler, but this one already matches my textiles. :)

Home safe, threw a plate on it and rode it home. Its delightfully boring and putts along at 2000rpm. Its always going to be the "red headed step child" but that means I wont feel bad about putting a faring & bags on it and abusing it.

All the best from us also Randy.

I like the Guzzi Ryan, not sure why, maybe the frame or that giant lump of motor. Not liking that exhaust at all, seems to belong on a different bike. Have fun and say hi to the Missus matey.

There really isn't any side exhaust that looks good on it. Likely will go to the hidden belly exhaust if I do anything.
Yeah I saw you mentioned that Ryan, I think that would look great.

Finally got her out in some warm weather. Its SOOO much more comfortable than the MV. Surprisingly agile at speed even at nearly 600lbs but for excitement the F4 will be my go to. Still plenty powerful and fun for a cruiser.
