My local dealer closed without any notice (rumored fraud) and I still have warranty left and I had some small warranty tasks to be performed when your local dealer closes who takes over warranty?

Fraud?

Wife wanted to go to OKCs newest discount mall, so we drove 275 miles one way Saturday. The mall is on Reno just a couple of miles from the dealer you are talking about, so I drove over. You are right, floor full of trash and part of a Ducati. I bought an F4 312 RR from them in Jan 2011, it took 8 weeks and several threats to get the title from them after I paid cash up front. I hope the next dealer is not so shady.

Any dealer in the USA MV Agusta dealer network will honor your warranty. The dealer is not the one who proivides your warranty, it is through MV Agusta USA. Assuming we are talking about your new vehicle warranty and not some "extended" or "aftermarket" warranty you purchased seperately.
