Cars??? CARS????? Sorry. emmvee no like cars. Oh, I USE them and I appreciate their utlitarian characteristics, but I get bored shitless after ten minutes in a car - ANY car - and I've driven or ridden in a whole shipload of cars from European exotics to straight line beasts that use gasoline only for starter fluid or parts cleaner. The car thing just doesn't do it for me.

I guess I like cars about as much as I like the bags the groceries come in.

So... anyone else here not LIKE cars? ANYBODY???

I used to have some decent cars, 1982 Porsche 911 Turbo, 1968 Corvette 454 with a Doug Nash 5 speed, 2003 Mercury Marauder with light show. Had a 5.0 mustang notch back I built to race in SCCA A sedan.

A 1970 and a 1971 DeTomasso Pantera. Those were fun.

Thats it for cool cars. I now have Chevy K2500 diesel, a Ford ranger pickup, and my Wife has a Honda Element.

Whatever the company assigns to me......they don't pay very well, but I do get a car to use (including insurance, maintenance and gas). At the moment a mini-SUV thing. It's red and has a decent radio.:p

I use to drive roadsters with the last being a Lotus Elise. Now, I'm driving a '08 Audi TT because I need rear seats for my son's car seat. Doesn't have the driving dynamics of my old roadsters but it gets the job done and I like the design. But like emmvee said, cars don't really compare to sport bikes.
