howdy to all the brutale riders.
i've been riding an F4 for a while and my father's been riding probably around 18 months now on a honda VTR250, (started it up when i got my f4).anyways it's about time for him to upgrade.

so we went into the melbourne bike show over the weekend, and i showed him around the bikes he'd been thinking about getting, the triumph street triple(675cc) and the aprilia shiver (750cc). i then "guided" him over to the MV stand and got him talking to Paul (of Paul feeny group, the australian importers) who was most helpful. anyway cut a long story short we may have convinced him to go with a brutale. now my father wanted a white colored bike, and the only Brutale's the had in white were the 910 R and the "hydrogen" special edition.

Is there much difference between the 910 R and the hydrogen? and for the same price is it worth going for the hydrogen?

to the best of my knowledge, the 910R and Hydrogen are exactly the same bikes,
with the only difference of the color scheme and that the Hydrogen is a "limited edition". performance and parts wise they are identical.

so i would recommend you to get the bike you like most from the color scheme.

Technical differences are none, it is just the colour scheme. The hydrogen has the black motor white mirrors etc. I beleive that there are only 5 of them in Australia. I do know that two of them are here in Tasmania, I have one and there is aonther at the dealer. It just comes back to a personal preference of which colour scheme you prefer.

If you like the hydrogen, and it is the same price, why not?

I don't know if I would pay extra for it though.
