Hey guys,
just want to say hi from the land of OZ in Sydney. Just joined up and want to say you have one of the best sites on the net. Its better than porn. Anyway reading through the posts, there are heaps of intersting things about the bike im learning about. I have a 2004 MV SPR. She's in the workshop getting a new rear accentric hub, axel, etc as the bearings seized on me while i was on the highway doing over 180. Lucky im a strong bloke and for the damper otherwise i would have been tankslapped right over across 4 lanes. i suggest you boys check the greasing of the bearings and that evrything is tightened to the right torque. Also cleaning your wheels with a degreasing agent can remove the lube from the bearings so watch that too. can anyone suggest any mods they reccomend, i have pulled the baffles out and installed a power commander and BMC airfilter. Are RG3's worth it??Any advice i would appreciate.
