Hello this is harshith from india. I own 2017 mv agusta f3 800. I have dealer issue in india as they have shutdown mv sales and service in india recenlty got phase sensor on dash so needed community help to solve it

Welcome.....what part of India ?? A rather large country.
Phase sensor error is frequently caused by a disagreement between signals from the crankshaft sensor and the manifold pressure sensor. That disagreement happens when the starter clutch (sprag) is slipping. The ECU cannot decide when to fire the spark plugs or the injectors.
When the sprag is not the problem then the manifold pressure sensor likely has an air leak in the hose. Of course, the sensor itself could have failed, but that is not likely as this is an automotive type component designed to last many years and many thousands of miles.

Im from south india but in india all dealerships are closed there is no source to get parts and services from authorised dealer
