Recently developed a leak in my radiator on the f4, apparently common, anyway I got it repaired and was informed but facebook members it needs to be bled but not finding a good way of doing this, can anyone point me in a step by step way of doing so? Im used to being able to just fill main rad and over flow and being good to go Thanks!

Welcome to the family !! Where are you located in these United States?
I'm not sure about the second generation F4 (2010 and later), but the first gen bikes require the front wheel to be elevated to get the trapped air out of the system.
Do you have the workshop manuals?
Personally, I use a vacuum fill system which is the way the bikes are filled on the assembly line. Actually, all bikes and cars use a vacuum system to fill during assembly...brakes too.
Here is an example of what I use....works great.

Im in Iowa, unfortunately probably the only F4 in iowa. I do not have any manuals unfortunately those are the only things that didn’t come with the bike, someone ik personally mentioned using a vacuum system to do it, but it seems like i have a bleeder on the pipe above water pump so I’m not sure how to go about it, got alot of clean up to do still so i have time but ill attach photos

It is challenging to get these properly bled. If you don't use a vacuum bleeder thingy you need to raise the front end. The manual has a picture, it needs to be quite high to clear the air from the system. I used a ratchet tie down around the top triple clamp and over a rafter in the garage (assisted by my strong son). I've since bought a compressor and vacuum system.

You will find the workshop manuals here:

Frankly speaking, MV's way of bleeding the radiator by lifting the bike is a really stupid engineering design flaw. How could you expect someone to raise the bile 5 feet everytime a coolant flush is needed. Get the vacuum bleeder brother.
... 5 feet ...
And THAT's why women are so disappointed in men...... 🧐:ROFLMAO:
