It's still raining hard here in Middle England. So as it looks likely that I may not get out this weekend I trolled the internet looking for a replacement for my trusty Arai RX7RR, which is now time expired.

I ended up with one of these fine Italian helmets.

VERY NICE indeed - I have the 2009 AGO replica (Ti -Tech). Along with the original 1999 Arai AGO which AGO signed for me :)

I do like the changes to the 2010 model -it looks great - I wouldn't mind getting that as well but I do think my darling wife may just kick up a fuss seeing as I received my Davida tri-color open face for my Classic MVs- along with Nanini goggles from the UK last week, yippee for our Dollar at present :) She doesn't understand why I need a different helmet for each bike - Women! :laughing:

That is a wonderful example - as a matter of fact she owns a couple of handbags that cost more each than all those helmets combined - it makes me :banghead: when I think about it, so I try NOT to ;)

Nice! How do you get around the Aus compliance sticker issue? (or do you just quietly not bother... it'll be our little secret)
LOL - is that a serious question rents?

Don't bother of course! :smoking:

In fact, apart from that now almost vintage Arai & my Vespa Momo, none of my helmets are Aus complianced. I figured if they are UK or US approved that will do me as I don't think we have special heads in Oz :laughing: (although we do pay prices for special heads!) Never had any grief with the constabulary but if it comes to that I have a mate in Sydney who will supply the required stickers no problem ;)

Our little secret, just you, me and 15,000 MV forum members :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:

Tell me about it! - I was out for a ride yesterday & just loved it!
First run- out since I made a few mods;

Carbon electrical covers
Carbon front air-dam
Melotti tail-tidy
White indicator lenses(front)
Fresh oil (Motul 10w-60)
Oil filter
Brake & clutch fluid
Fresh coolant
4 Iridium plugs
Manual fan switch (massive improvement in town/slow traffic)

The bike feels better than ever!

Still to come;

Carbon Undertray (on order)
Carbon V-piece (on order)
Rear indicators (possibly Rizoma)

:):):):):) Here comes the summer (hopefully!)
