Hey All,

I have the Matt Grey/Pearl White color option and didn't love the factory eggplant/brown seat. I didn't think it looked bad, but definitely was stuck out with the color combo. So I sent my seat out to Luimoto to see what they could come up with.

So far, I like these two the best. One with red suede top and the other with black suede. I kind of like them both but am afraid the red might be too flashy. Then again this bike already has pretty aggressive styling, so it goes with that theme well too. Both have carbon fiber sides with red contrast stitching and italian flag in the center. Let me know what you think!

I like them both, just be aware though that the front if the seat fits under a lip in the tank, if the guys doing it use too thick a material or leave it too creased on the underside when they staple it down it won't fit back on your bike.

I've just had mine done and it was decided to not try to rip off the original vinyl as it's bonded to the foam padding so the guy put the new cover over the top, he stretched it nice and tight and made a very neat job of it but it's still a tight fit. Had he not done that I would have been an entirely different story.

I like the red !!!! but then, I have a red alcantara MV Corse seat on Gina. 23K+ miles....it doesn't get very dirty and can be easily cleaned. Beginning to show signs of wear however.

Do the RED !!!

Thanks for sharing your opinions everyone. Looks like the majority preferred the red. However, I actually decided to go with the black instead. I figured I would be less likely to get tired of looking at it all the time. That and I wasn't sure how seeing the red against the back side of the silver tank would look.

I'll try to get some pictures once it comes back. Hopefully I don't run into fitment issues.
