Yourself. The two MVs that you own are the easiest bikes I have ever had the pleasure to work on. You can download all the manuals from Donsy's site, and even if you aren't mechanically inclined, 90% of the work on your MVs is so straight forward, I bet you find it's really easy. For the cost that the stealership is going to charge you, you can but whatever tools, special or not , that you will need to preform any particular operation. And then you get to keep them.

I wouldn't trust anyone else but me to work on my joy machines.

Use the forum, you'll be fine.
