Navigation in App Disconnects Frequently

Almost everytime I use the navigation in the MV Agusta app, it would disconnect.

The App used to automatically connect to the bike, now almost everytime I have to manually connect.

Anybody else have this problem?

Any solutions?

I use iPhone and don't have an issue (Android users seem to have on-going issues)

I suggest the following:
  1. Ensure the dash is up to date.. Version 8.55: Dec 2024 is the latest
  2. Dash not up to date? Update it, after install...
  3. Delete the app
  4. Delete associated bluetooth "mv devices"
  5. Reboot phone
  6. Download the MV ride app
  7. Reconnect bike following the MV instructions carefully using the codes given
