MY 10 Radiator and fans..Mint

I have fitted a MY10 Radiator with pressure cap and an MY10 oil cooler to an F4 2007 engine.

This is the direction in which MV took the design to improve cooling.

If you love in a hot country you may like to look at this. I bought this in with the mix of componentry when doing the project and it is a shame for it not to be used.

I have an oe MY 10 F4 oil cooler back in England and I will offer this to the buyer. This is separate to this deal. I also have a set of specially made braided oil hoses.

This radiator is off a very low miles bike and I would describe it as in excellent condition..no dents or dings. These are a much stronger Radiator and have a denser cooling matrix. You can do away with yards of plumbing as the system is so much simpler.

It includes all the parts in the photograph which is the correct cylinder head manifold...and the correct thermostat outlet to the top hose.

There is further work to be done as this is not simply a matter of bolt on and go. Having said that it is not rocket science and I'll try and advise if anybody decides to do this adaptation.

So if you want a cool bike buy this.

Everything in the picture £ 475.00 posted in the USA 48. That is cheap. I know this because I paid well over £ 400.00 just for a radiator and then had to buy the fans, the pressure cap and other parts ; ) and postage costs.

I take paypal. I pay post..you pay paypal fees. : )

Overseas at cost.

Doing this project compares favourably with say a Febur Rad and you get the benefit of a dedicated oil cooler...and don't forget you can sell the old system to recoup costs ; )

I am only in the States for another couple of weeks and then if not sold it will go into long term storage and be unavailable until I return..

contact me on :- [email protected] and not PM please.

Donsy, It is an absolute pleasure...After 30 + years in the packaging industry if I can't get a part across the world in one piece then all is lost lol.

I mounted my MY10 rad WITHOUT moving the lugs . I'm not sure if you have done this before Donsy but I found the easiest way after scratching my head for a fortnight . So if you want any pics let me know.

This looks like a perfect set up to run one of those Febur oil cooler units under.

I fitted the MY10 OE oil cooler to the bike ( 2007 F4 ) :smoking:
My radiator is playing up again. Once was a crack (blue mist), got it welded n install the support for radiator, n just recently its another spray n now it's dripping but only when I'm riding.
Missed this good deal..

Hi Kevin,

That is a pain ...

It is probably worth another try to repair the radiator.

The MY 10 cooling system install is a biggish project and involves removing the old intercooler and fitting a oil cooler.

I have a second MY10 kit but I don't think this is what you need..

I'd have that leaky gallery sealed off and it should be fine.:smoking:
