Can anyone put some info to this photo I found whilst searching web? Big balls required to ride this contraption!

It's just artwork. The artist did a fine job with it though, and I loved the story that went with it. There was also a racing iron (for ironing one's shirt), that I believe was created by the same artist, the story with it was also hilarious.
