Dears,
I'm looking for the distance shown in the picture like it is coming from MV.
In fact i don't have the tool 800093347 to set it as per manual, but i would restore the factory set up of suspension and seat height.
Now, i know that together with this regulation also the chain tension shall be considered, but without the tool i deem that this dimension like coming from MV factory should be a good starting point.
...or if you have other suggestions...please come!
Model is F4 1000S year 2005. Picture is indicative just to show what i'm looking for.

Hi new fella.
That distance means little if you compare ride height to hub position, preload setting etc.... best is to try and borrow a ride height measuring tool.
At the end of the day you should ask yourself a few questions:
- What was done to the front when this lowering link was installed at the rear ?
- What does the bike feel/handle like now ?

But what i was typing...that picture is indicative, it is not my bike, but i'm looking for the factory set up. Surely my actual one is higher, since previous owner modified it.
if i will not find any chance to get this info, i will buy the tool and i will follow the manual. Surely my idea was to come back to original set up also on the front.
