The guy that runs it is in CA, not at main office, not sure if there is an official connection. I'll ask.

From him, "I'm a network engineer for AT&T. My only affiliation with home base is Mr. Keith. For now, we want to see how much of a reaction we can draw with the FB page. In the near future, we'll get back on Twitter and the forum. I'm just a fan of the company who was in the right place at the right time and was given an opportunity to do this. :)"

So affiliated a an agent.....that will work. Most major companies hire social network specialists to run their sites.....the feedback gets to the company.
MV USA monitors this site....but they won't participate. There are a lot of good reasons for that.

Interesting that it's titled MV USA if they aren't participating. Plus, what happened to the USA webpage? Punch in MV USA and it takes me to the .it page.

^^^ Was wondering the same thing. Seems to have happened a few months ago. The MV USA site had all the pages for previous models on it, which was neat. The .it site doesn't seem to.

It's good to know that they are trying to reach out to customers. A step in the right direction!
