The water temperature sensor should have nothing to do with that.

When you say "won't turn on" do you mean the engine will turn with the starter but will not run? Are there fault codes showing on the dash? When did this problem appear?
You do realize that without a very good battery your bike will not start. Has the sprag clutch been updated yet?
As silentservce703 said, the H2O sensor has nothing to do with the engine starting.

the motorcycle battery is new, I did a service in November last year. the temperature problem appeared two weeks ago and I never updated the sprag clutch

sometimes a yellow light appears on the dash, and says sensor H20 turns off the motorcycle

Are you sure it is the H2O sensor? Or perhaps it is the sonda lambda that measures O2, and affects the combustion 🙄
