sorry for my english,
given the interest for the exhaust modification, i put the tutorial of my work on F4 original muffler. The target is to have more performance with a human sound saving money to buy an aftermarket muffler.
I hope it can be useful to you.

for jomarti 1: at now i don't know the power difference with the stock muffler , i'm waiting for Microtec M191 ECU and go to dyno to make a dedicated map.

for pstman : it's a hard work and it's not my usual work, it's only my hobby. I'm sorry but i can't make one for you

Great thread, but, can someone tell me what the internal configuration is inside an ARROW RG3? Does it have the series of internal chambers?

Yes, the internal configuration of rg3 is the same of stock muffler , the only difference is the diemeter of the the inside and outside terminal tubes , see photo (sorry for my english , i use google translator)

ciao, fuko-dao

Very informative and well designed quality work?

Did you use a plasma cutter to open the main body of the exhaust, I see you used the TIG to weld ?

Thanks for sharing

Thanks for the reply fuko-dao. Hmmmm....I was afraid of that, I wouldn't cut an RG3 up, but I just might do a stock one. Again, thanks for the pic's.
