This is not the brembo superlight from 1078 or 910r
This is the Brembo (Marchesini) UltraLight...or Superlite if you prefer.

What are you looking for?

Looking at part numbers and manuals, yes, you are correct. But the question is why you would want to change from one ultra light to the other. The differences are barely noticeable and cosmetic.

For the weight the superlight are weight less than the one on 1090rr And also prefer the design

Because the "Y" spokes are better looking !!

I think you have to make your own spacers....bearings can be changed.

Looking at this, I think the biggest difference is probably going from 310mm brake rotors to 320mm brake rotors.
The parts that are immediately different are the axles and the rotors.
This would lead me to believe, perhap erroneously, that you could get the 1078 axle and spacer, use those and then transfer the 320mm 1090RR rotors to the 1078 wheels.

Thoughts?

On 1090rr there is no spacer, the left fork foot is different, at the right it’s the axle that make alignment. So i need to reduce ID from 10mm,

The right fork for the 1090RR and the 1078 are the same part number: 8B00B2160

The part numbers are different on the left forks for the 1090RR: 8B00B2159 and the 1078: 8000B2159

I'm wondering what the real difference is.

I don't know anything about your Brutale forks but I had a spacer made to get my 1999 F4 wheels with 35mm ID axle onto my 2013 F4RR Ohins forks that use a 25mm ID axle. There was a lot of trial and error because the axle ID wasn't the only issue. The fork leg spacing, brake rotor position, and bearing lip also played a part. Here was my solution but I have no idea if that will work for your forks.

Looks similar to mine but I don't have this bike anymore so I can't take measurements for you. I can measure the spacers tonight or tomorrow for you.
