Due to MV AGUSTAS long and illustrious racing history , MV AGUSTAS Italian exotic Lamborgini like image, the publics tendency to root for the underdog the media has been going out of there way to cover the F3.
If the F3 is 3rd or 13th you always see the MV in the camera . MV AGUSTA PLEASE take advantage of this situation and run a WSBK effort.
Being a small factory people do not expect MV AGUSTA to win just be somewhat competitive. Look at Honda and Suzuki, both are achieving 5th-7th place results with decade old designs. The F4 1000RR running 5th would get almost as much media coverage as the leader.

Keep in mind when I say the Honda and Suzuki are using engines that are a decade old . When Japanese manufactures make a few small changes in an existing engine such as valve size , cam lift ect they have a they have a tendency to claim there engine is ....all new...for marketing purposes. But to the racing engineer its the same design.

The F3 got a bit of coverage before today's race started but once the race got underway the F3 got little camera time or mention at all.

That's not how things finished today but I will not post the finishing order so as to not spoil the race for those that haven't watched it yet.
