Yes i tried a set on my Triumph Daytona as they were quite cheap. The raised pyramid shape nobbles (for lack of a better term) are supposed to increase surface area when your on the edge of the tyre but in reality they just create too much movement when leant over, I could feel the tyres moving about. Once i'd worn the nobbles off they were fine, quick warm up time and good grip. The rear only lasted about 1800 miles of hard road use and 2 track days.
I replaced them with the Maxxis Supersport tyre which was just as cheap but performed much better (as good as the OE Pirelli SC's). I don't know how long they lasted as i only managed a few hundred miles before selling the bike.
