And the valve dropping failure rate is not as high as the number of posts on this forum would indicate. If you want to learn about what broke, go to the internet....if you want to know how many people never had a problem....you will find the sound of crickets.
Not to say there weren't valve train problems...there were, but they have been corrected. And mostly the early 675s
My F4 750 yr2000 has clicked over 51000 miles.
I've decided since I need to pull it apart to fit upgraded frameplates and swingarm, that I'll go ahead and ''restore'' the bike while I'm at it - a full mechanical and cosmetic freshen up for another 50K mi.
There wouldn't be many F4s with this...
I received Hub #215 just over a week ago & have now fitted, really impressed with the build quality of the new hub especially after looking over the original crap hub, Cheers Mitchy on making such a great product.

Due to being a lazy prick I have only just taken out my “mitch hub#15” for a clean and regrease of the needle bearing. The bearings are smooth as silk still and the penrite grease on the needle rollers was like new too. Still the original colour and clean with no hint of burning or breaking down...
