There's a restaurant in Pasadena (across PCC) that's a hang out for Lotus owners and they're having their grand openning on Wednesday, April 25 from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. Anyone interested in going? The media's going to be there and it would be great to have some MV's in the shot with the Lotus.

And here's the press release:

PRESS RELEASE:

LUIGI ORTEGA’S ANNOUNCES GRAND OPENING
PASADENA’S OLDEST AND LARGEST ITALIAN/MEXICAN RESTAURANT OPENS FOR BUSINESS

PASADENA, CA APRIL 20, 2007 -- Luigi Ortega’s Café cuts the ribbon on April 25, 2007 at Pasadena’s only Italian/Mexican restaurant. That makes us the largest, oldest, and best, the second the doors open. With a unique menu & food imported from all over, meats from Chicago, Amorosa rolls from Philly, milk from as far away as Alta Dena, L.O.’s has something for everyone. Philly cheese steaks, hoagies, wood burning gourmet pizza, pasta, nachos, & tacos. Plus our crazy mixed up menu. Mexican lasagna, pastrami & Italian burritos, Asian fish tacos, Mexican pizza and more! But, we don’t stop there, we are the fun place to hang out. Funky fans, napkins automatically come out of the wall, shopping carts hold condiments, 18 free toppings(salsa bar), free WiFi, 7 Hi Def large screen TV’s, 3 medium TV’s and one so small you’ll go blind trying to watch it!

Co-owners Aro Agakhanyan and Josh Schreider spent months touring the country gathering (stealing) recipes, the best of every region. “Josh and I dreamed about this concept 14 years ago, “ says Aro, “Our dream just came true.” Part of the restaurant is decorated with Mexican chatzkes, the rest floor to ceiling scenes of the east coast. It’s a comfortable, fun, setting, with a unique blend of food, weird stuff all around, and with signature dishes such as “The Sandwich” (Philly Cheese steak, sausage, mushrooms, onions, pizza sauce and fries, all on an Amorosa roll) and Doctor Death’s Suicide Pie you know you’re in for something different. Come on by on the 25th from 4:30pm-6pm to celebrate our grand opening, meet, greet and eat it’s on us. And, remember to squeeze the chicken for service. Luigi Ortega’s, stop on by.
