...you should probably be looking for a 55mm socket, if you are looking for the MV fit...

Translation for those who don't read Japanese Kanji:

55mm for MV Agusta and Ducati sold by KOHKEN
Can be used.
Those look nice Mutsuaki ... how much do they cost?

Maybe the US branch would carry MV sizes if requested. Or maybe Alex could order ws for those interested in retail.
That is a Ducati size,... you would think they would have them in the US stock.

These Jap sockets do NOT appear to be tapered....
Also the tooth form only works not tips of the nut....
Kind of a fucked up version of SnapOn Flank Drive
What do I know?......I spent 5 years of my life in the
Engineering Dept of HiShear Corp an aerospace fastener manufacturer
Guess what section?

You should probably explain that the first socket is a straight 55mm and the second is the Ko-Ken.

...and while that will work, it is not tapered to fit and will likely mar the nut unless precautions are taken.

How do you tell if its tapered? A MV employee told me this is what he uses on his race bike?
