this might sound dumb but why not just phone and ask. You can also ask what notice is required for booking and how long they need the bike for allowing you to plan ahead for dropping off, picking up and when it is most convenient to be without the bike. The manual should provide information as what a 6,000 km service entails but at a guess some of it isn't necessary.
Modern technology means that service intervals are extended to what we are used to. Just looking at cars where service intervals are 15,000 kms, warranties are 5 years and some even offer three years free service. Having said that I know of a Ducati where the major service was 20,000 kms but the owner had some checks done at 10,000 only to find problems. At 20,000 the bike would have been out of warranty. this service may be a minor service taking perhaps 3 hours. Contact another dealer or service center and ask for their estimate for the service to get a comparison.
