mitch wiring on mine was red/white to no1 follow on 2 3 with the appropriate length wire green and black i think and no 4 was black
this was QLD-F4D HARNESS .
Number 1 cylinder is on the left sitting on the bike isn't it?
That's where I have the red square plug.

Thanks Chuck,I thought as much.
This simple plug and play kit is driving me crazy.
But my stubborn nature will sort it out and I will let forum members know the result so they don't get trapped.

Slightly off topic but does anyone know what a QSE Sensor is and how it works? and what the pro's and con's are compared to a conventional Rod Push / Pull Sensor) I tried to google it but i can't find the right search phrase.

that email sound like they don't know ether if i have time i will take photos of my
wiring connections may be you do need the F4C LOOM . HOPE YOU GET IT SORTED once fixed you have set up to sort out
it wont connect to app if it dose not communicate

there you go connection for no 1 sitting on bike L/H side then follow on from there.
but i'm sure you have it connected this way.
Thanks for taking time to take the photo.
That is the way I have mine connected.
I will fit the F4C harness on the weekend if it arrives in time.
It has cost me another $70.00 for the harness, hope it works.:smile2:

it looks like the harness then ? why did you have to pay for another harness
its obviously listed wrong for your bike would have thought healtec would have sent the new harness for free.
its not your fault it did not work? sick and tired of this pass the buck i,m not giving a fuck attitude.

Just noticed your female injector plugs are different to my bike and the 2 wires are different colours also.
Might have something to do with my issue.

don,t get confused the one that's connected to the injector is black and green wire the other one is red/white/and a black wire the other wires are for power commander
the harness i got was QLD-F4D FOR 910S BRUTALE 2007 HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW THE CORRECT HARNESS FOR YOU BIKE you told them the bike and year
of your model i take it how are you supposed to know if its right .

OK,now I understand your wiring, all my injectors have the same colour coding wires.
Like I have mentioned previously I am just hoping the new F4C harness will fix the motor running rough and the issue with Bluetooth connection. It has been a costly exercise,it is the only option I have. The new harness has not arrived yet so I have to wait another week to try it.I was going to give up and throw the hole lot in the bin thinking is this all worth it.But I will give it one more shot.:smile2:

don,t give up on it as i said i had probs i dont think healtec would have told me how to plumb the harness with the power commander
had to fig that one out myself. been out on bike today and the QS is brilliant up shift and downshift keep throttle open when changing gear i found that weird
considering a slipper clutch to make it even smoother personally i don't like electronics on bikes but the QS is a lot of fun when you get the wiring loom post pic of the two
F4C and the F4D in fact just occurred to me your F4 1078 the ECU is it a 5SM if so there is the prob the F4D works with the 16M ecu it wont work with 5SM. that's my theory
you will get it sorted .

I have the 5SM race ECU to match my Bodis exhaust.
The new F4C harness did not show up on Friday as promised,so I have to wait another week to install it.I only get the weekends to work on my bikes.:frown2:
If it works I will have a very cheap F4D harness to sell,as new condition, very very little use.
Seriously,it could save someone some money, they would only have to buy the iQSE-1 kit.
I read you can disable downshifts on the Quickshifter which is what I will probably do,because I like to blip the throttle and use the clutch.
Once again thank you very much for your imput and help.It is people like you that makes this forum special.:wink2:
I will keep everyone informed of my progress and study the difference between the 2 harnesses.

I wont cut in on you Mitchy, but my F4D harness is also going cheap if anyone's looking at a Healtec shifter. I might have missed something or things might have changed but it only works on the up shift. On mine anyway.

Cheers

Deano

thank you at least someone appreciates my efforts only happy to help :smile2: and i also have learned something new did not no you could diable downshifts . every days a school day.

Down-shift quick shifters do NOT work on bikes without ride-by-wire throttle......just in case anyone did not know that.

Only up-shift can be installed.
